As of: 19.06.2026 · VOD4u · vod4u.de
§ 1 Scope & provider
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the service VOD4u ("VOD4u"), provided by Paul Buyse. After a stream ends, VOD4u automatically uploads the VODs of the connected Twitch or Kick channel to the YouTube channel connected by the customer.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded upon completion of the booking process and confirmation of payment. A customer account is required for use.
§ 3 Services
- Automatic download of new VODs from the connected source (Twitch/Kick) and upload to the customer's own YouTube channel.
- Configurable title and description templates, visibility, and manual retrieval of individual VODs.
- Availability may depend on third-party interfaces (Twitch, Kick, YouTube) and their requirements/quotas.
§ 4 Customer obligations
- The customer warrants that both the source channel (Twitch/Kick) and the YouTube channel belong to them. Setting up the service for third parties is not permitted.
- The customer is responsible for the legality of the uploaded content and indemnifies VOD4u against third-party claims arising from uploads initiated by the customer.
- Access credentials must be kept secret.
§ 5 Prices & payment
- Base price: 5,00 € / month (incl. first channel).
- Each additional channel: +2,50 € / month (billed pro rata).
- Additionally 10 % of the YouTube revenue generated with the respective channel, due only once revenue is earned.
- Billing is handled by our payment service provider Stripe. The subscription renews monthly unless cancelled.
§ 6 Term & termination
The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation is possible in the portal or by e-mail to contact@vod4u.us. Automatic processing ends when the cancellation takes effect.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. At the customer's request with an immediate start of performance, the right of withdrawal may expire early; this is explained during the booking process.
§ 8 Liability
VOD4u is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. No warranty is assumed for outages or changes to the third-party services (Twitch, Kick, YouTube).
§ 9 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
